Home Staging Services
Our goal is to get your house ready for sale. We offer three types of home staging services.
A Walk and Talk Consultation
A two-hour walk through the home that provides specific suggestions and improvements for the homeowner. These may include simple furniture moves and de-cluttering ideas, as well as basic improvements such as painting, replacing carpeting, and improving curb appeal. We start at the curb and go from there! The results: an eight-page checklist customized for each home and given to the homeowner.
Fee: $100
A Walk, Talk, and Tweak Consultation
A walk through and home staging redesign using the homeowner's existing furnishings and artwork to show the house to its best advantage. This consultation starts at the curb, includes our 8-page, customized checklist of suggestions, and ends with the staging of specific spaces selected by the homeowner; whether a room, a bookcase or an artwork arrangement.
Fee: $75 per hour

A Room Renovation Consultation
The staging of a specific room or rooms, as agreed upon beforehanded, to prepare a house for sale. Special emphasis is placed on highlighting the room's features--floors, windows, and architectural details, using the homeowner's furniture and accessories. Decluttering and depersonalizing is also done.
We go into a room with a fresh eye and a talent for making it look inviting to potential buyers.
